Job Description

Assist Commercial Lead in developing commercial strategy by identifying potential business levers for specific products/countries, including assessing strategic/tactical options along with its potential cost, effort, risk, and benefits.

Be accountable for certain business KPIs – from setting up target and monitoring achievement, to suggesting new initiatives/ improvements that can be done to achieve goals, including course-corrective actions if necessary.

Assist Commercial Lead with regular and ad-hoc performance tracking, analysis, and reporting of business performance.

Liaising and facilitating discussions with cross-functional team to drive overall products/countries performance.

Monitor and benchmark competitors' and industry movement, to be factored into the relevant business analyses.

Support in other aspects of the business such as launching new products, campaigns, and projects.
Requirements
-
At least Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business fields from top local or overseas universities with min GPA 3.5 on a 4.0 scale

Relevant work experience of minimum 1 year (preferably from management consulting or multinational tech background); fresh graduate with a strong profile will be also welcomed to apply.

Must have strong critical and analytical thinking, with proven ability to gather and analyze data, generate and test hypothesis, and finally come up with actionable insights

Familiar or comfortable with financial/ excel modeling and analysis or business strategy development

Good communications and stakeholder management skills

A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the dynamic and complex industry

Possess a strong drive to make things happen, i.e. strong drive to execute

Discretion with handling sensitive and confidential information
