Job Description
Storefront Management:

Translate business strategies, marketing plans, and campaign directives into excellent storefront operations.

Ensure product listings, promotions, and merchandising are accurate, timely, and aligned with local market preferences.

Monitor and maintain the storefront to ensure optimal functionality and customer experience.
Performance Analytics:

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Provide operational insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Campaign Execution:

Execute localized campaigns and promotions as directed by the marketing and business strategy teams.

Coordinate with product and tech teams to ensure all campaign elements are integrated and functional on the storefront.
Customer Insights and Feedback:

Collect and report customer feedback to refine the storefront experience and enhance product offerings.

Conduct basic competitor monitoring to ensure operational competitiveness.
Operational Excellence:

Implement efficient processes for product updates, promotions, and content management.

Ensure compliance with our legal counsel guidance and alignment with company standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with country management, subject matter experts, and customer service teams to execute the business strategy effectively.

Partner with regional and global teams to maintain consistency and share operational best practices.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.

3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, OTA, or digital operations management.

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CMS platforms, or equivalent.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

A passion for travel.
-
Familiarity with the Australian travel market is an advantage.
