Job Description Summary:
Develop commercial strategies and plans for the Korea region to drive sustainable and profitable business growth capturing insights by analyzing various data sources
What You'll Do for Us:
- Monitor and report on category, brand, and package performance by customer/channel, and analyze customer transaction data.
- Prepare various reports, consolidate key data for global and OU (operating unit) reports, and share monthly estimates with relevant teams.
- Use data analytics to identify and prioritize revenue growth opportunities in key channels and customers (eCommerce, CVS, Eating & Drinking, Super & Hyper-markets, etc.).
- Support annual and long-range business planning, conduct ad-hoc analyses by channel, and forecast channel dynamics for the next 1 to 3 years.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- University/Bachelor’s degree. At least 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience, including business performance reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and create compelling stories.
- Effective problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and project leadership in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Solid understanding of brand strategies and goals for different channels and customers.
