Commercial Data Analyst

We’re an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back-office services. As Commercial Data Analyst, you are responsible in handling specific customer requests or investigations.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
o Comprehensive Research: Search and validate legal entities through public registries and other reliable sources to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
o Verify Business Information: Research and confirm primary business details requested by clients using external sources, ensuring thoroughness and precision.
o Client Communication: Engage with clients or companies directly to verify or clarify required information.
o Database Management: Accurately update and maintain company information in the database.
o Case Resolution: Provide concise and accurate responses to clients to successfully close cases, ensuring clarity and thoroughness in all communications.
o Timely Case Closure: Ensure all cases are properly closed on or before the designated due date, maintaining a high standard of efficiency and accountability.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
o Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Ability to clearly document findings and insights, ensuring comments are informative and easy to understand. Skilled in communicating key points during occasional client interactions with clarity and professionalism.
o Knowledgeable about contact center operations and metrics preferably in Australian lines of business
o Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft office applications skills
o Research and Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data from public registries and external sources to verify business information.
o Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously verify and update information, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
o Effective Multi-tasker: Skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
o Open to working in shifting schedules.
