Job Summary
AllCloud is looking for a CloudOps Engineer. The ideal candidate will work with a team of cloud experts responsible for responding to customer requests and troubleshooting issues within their cloud environment. The position is dynamic and fast-paced and requires excellent customer service skills.
How You'll Make Your Mark:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Provide complete remote services including: incident management, installation, configuration, maintenance, and disaster recovery
- Respond to and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions
- Provide integration support to customers utilizing a wide variety of 3rd party tooling
- Ability to collaborate and work closely with Security and Operations teams
- Answer client configuration questions
Requirements
About You:
- 3-5 years of experience working in a Helpdesk or MSP environment
- 3-5 years of experience working in a Linux and Windows environment
- 3-5 years of experience managing and configuring Monitoring & Observability tools ( DataDog, CloudWatch, New Relic)
- Problem-solving and high independent learning abilities
- Attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills and ability to prioritise support issues
- Worked within a fast-paced DataCenter environment
- Passionate and customer focused
- Ability to script using Bash / Python / IaC
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
How You'll Be Most Successful:
- Understand different types of IT infrastructure, security, and cloud solutions
- Knowledge of the AWS Ecosystem
- Ability to adapt to new AWS services and cloud industry trends
- Knowledge in Monitoring Tools: DataDog, CloudWatch, New Relic
- Knowledge in Containers technology ( K8s / EKS / ECS / Docker )
