We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Operations Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for client needs while ensuring the accurate coordination and validation of resource hours. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to issue resolution, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.


This is a fully remote opportunity in the Philippines. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday: Mid shift to night shift (tentative)




Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and operational needs
  • Coordinate and validate resource hours to ensure accuracy in reporting, invoicing, and compliance with client agreements
  • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery and address any discrepancies
  • Proactively identify potential challenges, recommend solutions, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, service updates, and operational changes.
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Create weekly reports and update project trackers with accuracy

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in client operations, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data with accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using operational and reporting tools to track and validate resource hours.
