We're seeking a dynamic Success Manager who excels in customer engagement and has a strong understanding of video content. This role focuses on enterprise-level success services, including presenting our unique offerings, leading product demonstrations, conducting strategic video consultations, designing video products, user onboarding, and content planning.


Positioned at the core of the customer experience and working alongside our Account Managers and Concierge Producers, this Success Management role is essential to deepening our customers engagement with our platform. You'll be delivering existing structured success services while also collaborating on other initiatives that enhance the customer experience.


With a strong focus on customer management and operational excellence, you’ll master the 90 Seconds platform and take customers on a journey of successful content creation.

What You'll Love Doing

  • Success Services
  • Deliver user onboarding, training, and platform demos to ensure users are confident in using the 90 Seconds platform and all it’s amazing features.
  • Provide strategic video consultations, identifying content gaps and opportunities.
  • Develop tailored content plans aligned with brand goals.
  • Use 90 Seconds Video Productization app to turn videos into repeatably purchasable products. 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with brands as their Success Manager.
  • Correlate and present customers video purchase data to aid in subscription renewal conversation.
  • Own the entire relationship of a set of customers - managing their video creation planning and ordering. 

  • Content Strategy

  • Review customers current video strategies across platforms, using insights to drive strategy refinements and provide content recommendations suitable to brands needs.
  • Help clients develop scalable and repeatable video content strategies that align with their brand goals.

  • Market & Industry Expertise

  • Stay up to date with evolving trends in video content consumption, platform algorithm changes, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Provide clients with insights on emerging formats, storytelling techniques, and new video monetization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop educational materials and workshops on video content strategy.

  • Production Focus: Experienced in a production environment and understanding of video production elements (planning, shooting, editing).
  • Video Content Expert: Understands various video types for social platforms, websites, and other media, with a strong knowledge of production processes and requirements.
  • Client-Focused Strategist: Capable of dissecting a client’s video brief and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Tech Enthusiast: Confident navigating, demonstrating, onboarding, and utilizing technology to deliver results.
  • Strategic Thinker: Experienced in content planning, trend analysis, and video strategy.
