Job Details

As a Client Manager, you will help our clients turn consumption behaviour into competitive advantages through continuous monitoring, advanced analytics and delivering tailored solutions. This role supports experts in consumer behaviour, helping brands, retailers and organisations to make the right decisions, working across FMCG markets.
 

Key outcomes

  • Account Management & Development: Own your accounts and work to grow & develop how we work with these clients to get consumption data front and centre in their businesses, giving them the insights they need and the confidence that we are the right partner for their needs.
  • Revenue: You will own a growth target. Work with your team to find, develop and close new leads through maintaining client relationships and finding out their key business questions.
  • Collaboration: Work in close conjunction with the purchase team to deliver the best all around service possible to your portfolio. Use our expertise to complement insights from other agencies and raise the level of insight that our projects deliver. Develop your understanding on a broader level with how our combined insights drive better outcomes for out clients.
  • Innovation: Opportunity to develop your consultancy skills; our data gives us a breadth and depth of understanding that is unique to our business. The nature of our services will allow you to support our clients with more critical thinking and enrich their roles.
  • New Business: Support our in house new business team to identify and capture prospects. Generating engagement across the team and having an individual impact on the success of a hugely important part of our growth strategy
