Do you want to work with a client who genuinely sees Kantar as partners in their business? Then a role with Nestle could be for you! This is a chance to build on the existing strong client relationships to provide new insight to some of their most important brands.
The Client Manager is the main client contact for their own division from one of the Nestle market brands, which include major names such as Lactalis and Purina. This will give you responsibility for leading the account and taking ownership of strategic development and engagement with the client.
You won’t be on your own though. Nestle has one of the largest and most engaged teams in the business! They partner with Worldpanel across multiple services, with a contract worth over £2m spanning Purchase, Usage, OOH, AA and WP+, as well significant additional projects. All that adds up to a great support network and fascinating mix of insight!
The role requires someone with strong relationship building skills, who thrives on collaborating and constructively challenging the client whilst showing passion and enthusiasm for their business. There will be many opportunities to develop your insight and analysis skills through delivering high quality insight. You'll be able to personally impact, advise and partner with Nestle, whilst ensuring the overall satisfaction with our service remains high. Through acting as a trusted advisor, there will be the chance to identify and develop commercial opportunities, working in conjunction with the senior client team and a dedicated Advanced Analytics principal consultant.
