Channel Account Manager Germany

What you can expect

The Channel Account Manager is responsible for driving Zooms' platform sales through our reselling channel partners. The position is part of the German Channel Team and reports to the Channel Leader for the Central region.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of 5-7 years of channel sales experience, direct strategic sales experience being a plus
• Able to manage complex channel and partner engagements, maintaining senior-level relationships, and coordinating multiple stakeholders across functions and territories
• Experience in in UCaaS, CCaaS and the partner business
• Experience and knowledge in the Public & Healthcare sector is a plus
• Have experience in handling large-scale, complex and strategic channel partnerships
• Able to manage complex sales motions, strategic selling, and solution-based approaches
• Have a self-driven mindset with commitment to continuous learning, technology adaptation, and positive can-do attitude
• Be a native German speaker and fluent in English is a must
