About the Role 
We are looking for a Sourcing & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and contribute to attracting and hiring top talent across our organisation. We’ve recently switched to an in-house recruitment model supporting the business with all their hiring needs. Our objective is to centralise and harmonise all hiring processes for all BDR Thermea Benelux organisations (+- 1000 employees), decreasing the need to involve external agencies.  
 

The team 

You’ll be part of a small TA team together with Eveliina (our Senior TA Business Partner) and Karim (our Head of TA). The TA team is part of the bigger BDR Thermea Benelux HR team with a total of 12 colleagues across, HR Businesspartnering, Learning & Development, HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits.
 

What you’ll be doing 

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development (40% of your time) 

  • Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent for current and future hiring needs. 

  • Build strong talent pipelines for critical roles and niche positions. 

  • Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and other sourcing channels. 
     

Campus Recruitment & Graduate Hiring (30% of your time): 

  • Develop and execute a campus recruitment strategy to attract graduates and early-career talent. 

  • Partner with universities, student organisations, and career fairs to enhance our employer brand. 

  • Design and manage internship and graduate programs. 
     

Supporting High-Volume Hiring Peaks (30% of your time):  

  • Provide recruitment support during peak hiring periods. 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for overflow roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience. 

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to meet business needs. 
     

What We’re Looking For 

  • Around 2 years of experience in any role in talent acquisition, campus recruitment or talent sourcing 

  • Fluent in Dutch and English. 

  • Self-Starter – You like to take initiative, work independently, and proactively seek out solutions and opportunities. 

  • Flexible & Adaptable – You can switch between tasks and priorities swiftly, thriving in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong Communicator – You engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders. 

  • Relationship Builder – You excel at networking and creating meaningful connections. When people meet you, they want to work with you. 

  • Organised & Detail-Oriented – You manage multiple projects efficiently without missing key details. 
     

What we offer you:  

  • Base salary of around 3.500 gross per month (+8% holiday allowance & 13th month);  

  • A permanent contract; 

  • 27 vacation days and 13 "adv-dagen" per year;
