The Learning Administrator sits within the Bupa campus operations team and will be accountable for the learning operations surrounding both in person and remote learning and will take responsibility for co-ordinating and supporting the delivery of training and educational programs.
How you’ll help us make health happen:

Ensuring workshop event logistics are delivered on-time including tracking and monitoring of event tasks across virtual and face-to-face workshops

Scheduling of instructor led workshops, liaising with the regions to capture demand and coordinating between local campus sites

Task management of third-party suppliers including scheduling, pre/post course information and invoice management

Working closely with the Campus lead, to provide status updates and inputs where required

Monitor Campus utilisation and workshop optimisation, include go/no go management per workshop

Registration and evaluation management. Ensure registration reports received on time from facilitators and local coordinators

Dealing with both learner and facilitator related queries: Triaging and responding in a timely and satisfactory manner

Technology support with the learning platform, provide support and guidance to learners and instructors. Ensure all training materials are uploaded and accessible.

Engagement across campuses and local support teams, including facilitators and monitoring of any risks of issues

Connecting with all delivery teams/stakeholders for prompt updates and providing input into status reporting

Quality control of process and team activities

Complaint management, investigating, addressing and escalation management

Ad hoc activities, eg. scheduling and supporting facilitators, diary management.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
-
Proven (and recent) experience in event coordination and all associated logistical activities
-
Proven experience in end-to-end learning admin operations
-
Knowledge of information systems supporting logistics activities (LMS)

Knowledge of key metrics for managing logistics functional performance
-
Highly experienced and confident managing a varied, timebound workload and juggling priorities

A strong team player who is equally comfortable working alone.

Driven to deliver high standards and nothing less than a brilliant service.

Self motivated and proactive approach, works on own initiative
