Due to continued growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to assume responsibility for driving new business and creating profitable additional revenue with new and existing clients in line with agreed financial objectives.
Your role in our mission:
Deliver sales of Iron Mountain Information Management solutions into new and existing enterprise accounts to increase revenue, growth and quota attainment.
- Build customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand organizational business objectives and goals.
- Understands and influences a wide range of customer stakeholders while acting as industry expert to the customer.
- Continuously prospect to develop net new clients, which includes expanding existing relationships and products of assigned accounts.
- Maintain a consistent ‘pipeline’ that enables meeting and exceeding quota attainment.
- Work to collaborate with the customer on net new opportunities and work through Negotiated and RFP sales processes.
Valued skills and experience:
To be considered you will have significant direct solution sales experience, selling business services, business process outsourcing, archiving or similar offerings. In addition, candidates possess the following:
- Strong background and proven experience of strategic new business hunting, sales process and solution selling.
- Language skills: Dutch, French and English (to professional level)
- The ability to develop solutions that map to customer requirements.
- Experienced in delivering sales of Technology solutions
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate.
- Ability to make decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company.
- Ability to team up effectively at all levels of Iron Mountain and customer personnel (to include C-level) on a wide range of topics and issues.
