With a proven track record of success in BD you will source new Fleet Management/Leasing (car) agreements and asset management clients (fleets of cars and heavy commercial vehicles.)

You will be able to identify new opportunities, comfortably present to CFOs, Heads of Procurement and/or Heads of Finance to acquire and activate new business both within and outside a tender environment. 

Our head office is in Chatswood where you will spend your time strategic planning with your peers on Wednesday and Thursdays. Monday, Tuesday and Fridays you will be working from home or meeting with prospective clients in Sydney.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build on the previous employees yrs of BD to keep obtaining new business
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed new business targets
  • Capture, track and report on all sales activity including lead generation and pipeline activity
  • Be involved in industry forums and events to assist in the developing business relationships leading to new prospects
  • Manage the production of all sales proposals and quotes
  • With your peers work on large tenders

You will bring:

  • Experience in business to business (B2B) sales
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2B
  • Results orientated
  • Strategic relationship building focus
  • Sound commercial acumen
  • Confidence meeting and providing solutions for senior executives
  • Highly developed influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to cope with competing demands and successfully prioritise outcomes
