Job Description
For our PCS team we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person in the role of Business Development Manager to drive the growth in our PCS and Hydrogen Power Converter businesses. Some of the main responsibilities include:
- You understand, can analyze and develop the holistic market for Power Conditioning Systems and Hydrogen Power Converter.
- You will use appropriate analysis to develop business development and sales strategies
- You can identify business opportunities in the target segments: Utility, Commercial and Industrial
- You will develop close relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- You will coordinate and organize commercial proposals
- You will negotiate contracts
- You will support customer's project deployment
- You will realize monthly and annual sales targets of the company
- You will represent Delta at conferences, fairs and industry networking events
- You can communicate with the management within the Delta Organization
- You will provide regular business reports and forecast to Delta management
Qualifications
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or renewable engineering or equivalent.
- Professional experience in the field of Power Conditioning System, battery energy storage system, or Hydrogen power converter
- Preferred to have completed product training in related products listed above or similar
- Excellent understanding of sales and business development processes
- Technical know-how of renewable energies, Hydrogen systems, battery energy storage systems and/or power conditioning systems
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (written & spoken), other European languages are considered a plus
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong legal understanding of contracts and excellent negotiation skills
