The Business Development Intern will support the business development team’s efforts to engage prospects. Your objective is to help us organize and leverage the data we have available, to increase our likelihood of targeting promising contacts.
Candidates Should expect the following:

Responsibilities:
- Build and distribute lead and account lists from our CRM. Get feedback from end users and adjust accordingly.
- Verify lead and account ownership and update customer records management (CRM) system. Verify lead contact details and update CRM system.
- “Slice and dice” prospects by market segment, marketing activities, target company profile, job title, etc as required to support specific campaigns.
- Research assigned companies or market segments to uncover how our products and services would resonate.
- Regularly solicit feedback from the team and partner with team to iterate accordingly.
Interns who demonstrate the desire and aptitude to begin calling customers could begin doing so, particularly over a multiple semester internship.
MUST be available to work onsite at our Minitab Corporate Headquarters in State College, PA.
Remote work is not an option for this position.
