About the Role: 

As a Business Analyst in the Corporate Real Estate team, you will support the National Director and CRE team in delivering services. Your role includes providing business analysis and administrative support to all professional staff, ensuring the efficient operation of the team. You will handle various tasks such as maintaining databases, managing market updates, coordinating leasing details, and assisting with property inspections. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with REA and AML checks, managing IT issues, and supporting events and corporate presentations.

About You:

  • Strong analytical and business process skills.

  • Proactive in improving work efficiency within the team.

  • Interest in Tenant Advisory and/or Commercial Property.

  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated organisational skills, and ability to prioritise.

  • Ability to maintain and handle confidential information.

  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, ability to multitask and keep a cool head under pressure.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Experience in Salesforce and/or similar platforms preferred; JDE and other financial platforms will be used.

  • 3+ years of similar experience in a commercial real estate agency or business analyst/administrative role.

  • Bachelor of Business or similar qualification.

  • Knowledge of the commercial property industry is an advantage.

  • Licensed REA 2008 preferred.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, up to executive level.
