Currently, we are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst at TechOp Solutions International, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide situational awareness, critical information analysis, and timely decision-making to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders to ensure all needs are addressed
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to inform decision-making
- Create and present reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience working with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)
- Experience in the field of Homeland Security or Defense is a plus
