About the Team

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is instrumental in supporting the brand marketing team to ensure consistent and effective representation of our Campus brand across the organization, including departments such as Admissions, Employer Partnerships, Product, People Operations, and Student Affairs. The ideal candidate will serve as a resource to ensure that the Campus brand is properly reflected in both internal and external messaging. Beyond brand voice and visuals, the Brand Marketing Associate will collaborate with marketing leadership and external consultants to ensure that all teams across the organization incorporate our brand values into their activities.

  • Support brand consistency across the organization: You’ll assist in implementing brand guidelines to ensure that messaging, visuals, and values remain consistent and effective across teams and channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You’ll partner with Admissions, Employer Partnerships, Product, People Operations, and Student Affairs to ensure their activities align with our brand strategy and reflect our values
  • Help manage creative projects: You’ll work with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate the development, approval, and distribution of brand assets, ensuring high-quality and timely execution
  • Lead cross-team communication: You’ll facilitate alignment between departments, serving as the go-to resource for questions about brand guidelines, visuals, and messaging
  • Strengthen internal and external messaging: You’ll help ensure that all communications — from team emails to public campaigns — authentically represent the Campus brand
  • Track and measure performance: You’ll assist in monitoring the success of brand initiatives, using data and insights to recommend improvements and refine strategies

  • Bring three to four years of relevant experience: You have experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, or a related field. Experience managing creative projects is a plus
  • Have strong communication skills: You’re a clear and effective communicator who can collaborate across teams to build alignment and ensure brand consistency
  • Are organized and detail-oriented: You excel at managing multiple projects, ensuring they’re completed on time and aligned with overall goals
  • Are passionate about branding: You understand the importance of brand values and aesthetics and are excited to help integrate them into every corner of the organization
  • Have an eye for creative work: You’re comfortable working on creative projects and can provide thoughtful feedback on visuals, messaging, and campaigns
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment: You’re adaptable, proactive, and excited to work in a startup environment where priorities can evolve quickly

What you’ll get: 

  • A compensation package that includes a base salary ($75,000 - $95,000) + equity grant 
    • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
