About the Role

Our Marketing team is seeking a motivated and talented Creative Producer to develop high-performing creative across our paid and brand marketing channels.  The ideal candidate will be able to generate and execute on their breakthrough ideas.  You are passionate about finding new ways of presenting on-brand ad content across social media (organic and paid). If you have a proven track record of creating high-performing content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

Lead Content Strategy and Ideation:

  • Execute ad creative content that is aligned with our performance and brand marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing goals and translate them into visually appealing and effective content.

Manage Creative Production:

  • Oversee end-to-end content production, from concept to delivery, for various paid channels such as social media, display ads, and video platforms.
  • Work closely with designers, editors and other creatives to ensure the highest quality and consistency in all produced content.

Operate our Creative Sprint Management:

  • Execute performance-driven marketing campaigns, optimizing content for maximum impact and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaborate Across the Marketing Team:

  • Collaborate with the growth & brand teams to align on content strategy for paid media initiatives and ensure a cohesive brand message across channels.
  • Meet with internal teams: Admissions, Students Support Product for insight into our students to fuel creative ideas for future campaigns 

Stay up on Innovation and Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry and culture trends to bring innovative ideas and formats to the table.
  • Experiment with new creative formats and techniques to enhance campaign performance.

We’re excited about you because…

  • 4+ years overall digital marketing experience with  at least 2+ years of experience in a creative producer, strategist, or similar role in a performance marketing environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven creative decisions.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and a diverse range of content across paid channels.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and content optimization strategies across paid channels.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Meta required; experience with other channels (Google, TikTok, CTV) is nice to have.
  • Bonus points if you have proficiency in creative tools and software such as Figma, Capcut, or Canva   

What you’ll get: 

  • A compensation package that includes a base salary ($125,000 - $135,000) + equity grant 
    • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
