As part of our growing Suzi Wan business, we are looking for a Brand Manager to act as a key brand custodian across France, Italy, and Belgium. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for driving key elements of the Suzi Wan Strategic Cell plan, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to refine and adapt strategies as needed. You will implement brand growth initiatives and marketing activities aligned with our global guidelines and framework, ensuring they meet critical business objectives, including NSV, GMAC, and penetration targets. Leading specific areas of the plan, you will be accountable for execution and impact within your region.
What are we looking for?

You have at least 3 years of experience in FMCG or consumer goods, preferably in marketing or related roles.

You understand market dynamics, including pricing, promotions, assortment, and space management.

You are comfortable working with data tools and analytics software to extract insights and drive sales performance.

You communicate fluently in English (our working language) and, ideally, in French or Italian, depending on location.

You are a goal-driven marketer with a passion for collaboration, capable of working cross-functionally to achieve results.

You can interpret market insights and trends to identify growth opportunities and keep the customer at the heart of decisions.

You naturally build strong networks and manage stakeholders effectively, engaging both internal teams and external agencies.
What would be your key responsibilities?

Support brand strategy & planning: Contribute to the annual plan and execute the regional brand strategy in line with global guidelines.

Drive brand growth: Support the Senior Marketing Manager in shaping brand vision, leading the annual Flywheel analysis, and defining key priorities.

Execute marketing initiatives: Lead specific parts of the Suzi Wan growth plan across France, Italy, and Belgium, ensuring strong brand execution.

Campaign development: Manage ICP briefing with agencies, refine proposals, and oversee implementation.

Performance tracking & insights: Analyze brand performance, provide recommendations, and develop the marketing activity calendar.

Stakeholder engagement: Align with local teams, customers, and cross-functional partners on strategy, NPD, and activation plans.

Budget & reporting: Manage the A&CP budget, oversee financial reconciliation, and deliver regular business reports.

Post-activity reviews & innovation: Assess campaign and product performance, recommend improvements, and implement aligned changes.

Lead Brand Growth Team (BGT): Drive brand discussions, address business opportunities, and support execution with a focus on Italy & France.

Data & analytics: Ensure system inputs (NPRs) and leverage business tools for insights and decision-making.
