Job Summary

The Bilingual HR Generalist will provide Employee Relations support in all facets of the Human Resources arena. They will be responsible for training new employees, working with recruiters for candidate onboarding, coordination of temporary employees, wage administration, EEO/AAP compliance, benefits, administration and performance counseling.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle routine HR inquiries, managing to completion.
  • Bilingual support for employees.
  • Conduct HR transactions including: orientation, assist with leaves of absences, exit meetings, etc.
  • Participate and assist with location events.
  • Assist with departmental HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Define, develop, and maintain concise documentation for procedures, work processes and reports.
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare visual HR related information such as the preparation of scorecards and dashboards as warranted.
  • Perform root-cause analysis using data, identify performance gaps and suggest process improvements that can streamline and improve customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of related experience working in manufacturing environments (preferred).
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Able to work on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 1:00-10:00pm or 2:00-11:00pm).
