Key Responsibilities
- Conducting necessary reviews, analysis of the client’s supply chain processes and consulting with the client and project team to ensure the project’s success.
- Hands-on implementation and deployment of D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) and Project Management, D365 solution architect and consulting services to customers.
- Working collaboratively with customer stakeholders to implement and leverage D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) using best development and implementation methodologies.
- Demonstrate and enhance supply chain management concepts and research techniques, to exercise discretion and make judgments on how to configure the system.
- Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
- Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current and future state business processes.
- Collaborate, manage and lead meetings with functional/technical consultants and client/end-users.
- Supports the Microsoft Dynamics NAV or D365 BC application to achieve the customer’s business requirements.
- Facilitate the customer’s decision-making process and develop the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications/customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application).
- Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics NAV or D365 BC application.
- Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant to our customers or the company’s services.
- End to End management co-ordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget.
- Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability and documentation.
- Ensure timesheets are entered and processed accurately and responsible for invoicing in relation to projects.
- Work with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource changes across projects.
- Assist with any other necessary task as required.
- Production support as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong Supply Chain Management consulting experience is a must.
- Experience in D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) software implementations is a plus.
- Strong understanding and application of Project Management competencies including Scope, time, costs, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurements, and integration.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management industry-standard business practices.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning systems using Manufacturing or Trade/Logistics modules is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal relations and teamwork orientation.
- Strong English and French business writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Experience leading large complex technology projects.
- Business intelligence understanding including Reporting and Analytics.
- Possess a deep understanding of software implementation lifecycles, development methodologies, operating systems, technical platforms/architecture, and application servers.

Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information technology, operations management, computer science or equivalent professional qualification.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferable.
- Project Management certification is highly desirable.
