You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
Invoice Processing
- Receipt of invoices at local office.
- Stamp receipt date on invoices Scan invoices.
- Email scanned invoices to AP team.
- Update Invoice Tracker with all required information as per SOP.
- Filing & archiving of invoices Retrieval of invoices for audit / as required.
- Monitor GRIR aging and support outsourced AP team in followups with Morocco local team.
- Park & Block monitoring of ageing and support outsourced AP team in followups with Morocco local team.
- Assist MENAP lead with follow up to meet local legal requirements Morocco local team.
Reception & Office Administration
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Support the company on organizing internal events
- Support accounting teams on receiving invoices
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and prepare rooms for meetings as needed.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Executive Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the General Manager.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as requested.
- Assist with managing calendars and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Liaise between the General Manager and other departments to ensure smooth communication.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
