Sisal Albania is seeking an experienced and detail oriented B2C System Senior Specialist to join our dynamic technical team that will constantly be working together with the technical team based in Italy. As a key player in managing and optimizing our B2C systems, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functionality of our customer-facing platforms. This role demands a high level of technical expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
What you’ll do:

You will join the team of B2C and in particular and in particular in the business / management IT Operation reporting directly to Application Deployment & B2C Content Delivery Specialist

You will have the opportunity to be involved in installation, configuration and maintenance of our website with special focus on webserver and application server too.
Who you are:
-
You have 3+ years of experience in Middleware System Administration.
-
You hold a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
-
You possess expertise in middleware configuration and troubleshooting.
-
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve the issues efficiently.

You are proficient in Linux shell commands and HTTP protocols.
-
You are proactive, flexible, innovative, and determined.
-
You are fluent in both spoken and written English and Italian.
Preferably, you also have:

Previews experience on content management and personalization using Adobe Enterprise Manager (AEM), Liferay,
-
Knowledge in managing web and application servers using Apache Tomcat , Apache Webserver for deployment and performance .

Basic knowledge of Akamai CDN tools for content delivery and security to enhance website performance and protection.
