On this journey, you will report to Manager, Controlling - Q-commerce

Job Description

• Prepare and manage monthly accrual accounting, ensuring all accruals are recorded accurately.
• Oversee General Ledger (GL) postings, ensuring completeness and correctness.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations to maintain financial integrity across entities.
• Prepare and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) postings, ensuring customer-level accounts are accurately maintained.
• Oversee the fixed assets register and lease accounting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Maintain financial records with precision, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all transactions.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support during audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACCA (qualified / finalist) or other relevant certification is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance (reputable firm preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
