As our Associate Onboarding Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for all new joiners. From engaging with candidates at the pre-hire stage to designing comprehensive training programs, you will ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated and are equipped for success at NAVEX.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the primary contact for offered candidates, building excitement through communication plans, and collaborating with hiring managers and leaders for personalized experiences

  • Design and execute the onboarding plan for our India team, including timely setup of resources, and appropriate paperwork and required documents are in place and verified

  • Develop training programs and learning modules in partnership with the Talent Success team and deliver the same for entry-level engineers

  • Facilitate additional onboarding sessions and specific trainings, as required

  • Continuously enhance onboarding processes and incorporate innovative practices to optimize efficiency and employee experience

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources with at least 1 year of experience in onboarding, training and employee engagement

  • Experience working with entry-level professionals, particularly in engineering or technical roles, is a plus

  • A deep commitment to create a meaningful experience for people at work through your services

  • Experience working in high-growth organizations, preferably in an IT or SaaS based industry

  • Experience working with an HRIS and other HR tools in relation to data, analytics & reporting

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • A passion for innovation, problem solving and doing the right things right

  • The ability to exercise a high degree of confidentiality

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of instructional design, engagement and collaboration

  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instils trust

  • Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.

  • The starting pay range for this role is 770,000 INR

  • Pay progression is based on your performance.
