ABOUT THE ROLE
The main function of the position is to understand business priorities and strategies deploy the volumes projection for the coming 18 months for the cluster, focusing on main business Cam and CR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support & Lead Budget process for CAM.

Collect and analyze key past and future demand data (such as distribution profit/loss, price changes, new/discontinued products, and marketing promotion plans, Sell Out Trends, DOH in trade), and calculate their impact on demand.

Influencing when disagreements occur with senior managers and directors.
-
Lead CAM S&OP pre-demand & step 2 meetings with top management.
-
Lead DP presentation in S&OE and S&OP meetings.
-
Present in Management Committee meeting.
-
New products tracking and volume challenge when necessary.

Link with Supply Planning to ensure CFR and Inventories best in class levels.

Lead Continuous improvement agenda for NC With S&OP Navigator.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineer, actuary and others similar. Additional studies preferred.

Intermediate English
-
+ 4 years of previous experience in similar role

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and
-
Knowledge in SQL, Power BI, Access, big data management. (desirable)

Knowledge in VMI and Forecast Pro (desirable)

Able to travel

Knowledge of areas, finance, sales, marketing and RD&E (desirable)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

Strong communication skills with different departments and the ability to drive action and decision-making, influence at all levels of the organization.

Story Telling Skills, to translate high amount of information coming from data to simple message to leadership team.

Deep analytical capability of quantitative and qualitative data, including business process metrics and measures that link to key business, macroeconomic and market performance indicators.
