Job Description:

Sherpany is a Datasite Company who is a Swiss market leader for meeting management software. Since its founding in 2011, it has pursued the goal of creating a world in which every meeting counts. Over 400 European companies and 12,000 decision-makers are already using Sherpany with the aim of making their business relevant meetings more productive and thereby increasing corporate success.

We are seeking a Front-End Developer to build scalable, high-quality user interfaces using modern frameworks like React and Next.js. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional squads to deliver seamless user experiences and contribute to Chapter initiatives that foster technical excellence. As part of our unique structure, you'll participate in Chapter Weeks each quarter which are dedicated times for sharing knowledge, aligning on best practices, and driving innovation. • You will contribute to building responsive, accessible, cross-browser-compatible user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

• Working closely with designers and back-end developers, you will help integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.

• You will be key in refining existing frontend solutions to keep them efficient and maintainable while gaining hands-on experience with modern frameworks and tools.

• In our fast-paced environment, you will work on tasks that directly impact the product, all while learning and growing alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work on average 2-3 days per week in our Heredia office, with the potential for schedule changes. We believe in fostering collaboration across our teams, blending the benefits of in-person interaction with the flexibility of remote work.

What we will love about you:

• 1-3 years in front-end development in React with TypeScript; additional experience in Next.js a plus. Exposure to designing and implementing user interfaces, focusing on scalability and maintainability.

• Familiarity with integrating APIs, ensuring seamless functionality and a high-quality user experience.

• Exposure to testing tools (e.g., Jest, Playwright) and a willingness to learn and apply automated testing practices.

• Clear and effective communicator, capable of sharing ideas and contributing to discussions constructively.

• Experience in SaaS or cloud-based product environments is a plus.
