Position Overview: As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the successful deployment of our solutions to our valued clients. You will collaborate closely with our stakeholders/clients to understand their unique needs and objectives, and then translate those requirements into effective implementation strategies. Your exceptional communication, configuration, and analysis skills will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our solutions.
Responsibilities:
Configuration and Deployment – Execute configuration changes for Leavepro and AM360 tools based on client requirements and project timelines.
Testing – Conduct thorough testing of deployed configurations to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with client specifications.
Ticket management – Utilize JIRA or similar ticketing systems to manage Implementation tasks, prioritize workloads, and communicate progress with the Account executives and relevant stakeholders.
Communication – maintain regular communication with account executives to provide updates on implementation progress, address concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
Collaboration – Collaborate with cross functional teams including development, Quality assurance and client services to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions and streamline processes.
Documentation – Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of implemented configurations, processes and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Continuous Improvement – Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Implementation processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including clients, Account Executives, and Internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, or a related field. Proven experience in Software Implementation, Configuration management or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in using JIRA or a similar project management and ticketing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience with leavepro/AM360 tools is a plus. Certifications in relevant areas like SAFe CSM and PO certifications are desirable but not required.
