What you’ll be doing
As a CSS HR TA Ops, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end administrative processes within the Talent Acquisition function at CSS HR. This includes background verification, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process.
This role predominantly supports the Americas region and requires flexibility to work in UK or US shifts.
This role will be a mixture of remote working and based from Hitachi’s office in Bangalore.

1. Talent Acquisition Process Support:

Manage end-to-end TA administrative processes, ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance policies.

Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, working with recruiters and hiring managers.

Track candidate progress through the hiring stages, ensuring timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System.
2. Background Verification Management:

Initiate and track background verification checks, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Partner with third-party verification vendors to manage screening processes and escalate discrepancies when required.

Ensure accurate documentation and maintain audit-ready records.
3. Candidate Experience & Offer Management:

Provide a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring clear and professional communication throughout the hiring process.

Facilitate offer acceptance tasks, including system access provisioning, equipment allocation, and orientation training enrollment.

Ensure timely closure of requisitions and notify non-selected candidates appropriately.
4. Onboarding & Internal Staffing Coordination:

Process new hire paperwork, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with legal requirements.

Support internal mobility by managing staffing for special assignments and employee transitions.

Liaise with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
5. Recruitment Systems & Data Management:

Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and HR databases.

Generate reports, track hiring metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.

Ensure compliance with GDPR, data privacy laws, and internal policies.
6. Escalation Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:

Address escalated queries from the Contact Center related to recruitment and onboarding.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to resolve issues.

Work closely with global teams to ensure standardized TA processes across regions.
