Job Description
Get to Know the Team
You will join the Regional GrabAds SMB Strategy & Planning team, where we focus on supporting business development and creating strategic plans to build self-serve ads. Our team collaborates closely with various departments, including GrabAds, Product, Marketing, Food & CE, and other partners, to identify effective advertising solutions for our merchants.
Get to Know the Role
Reporting to the Manager for Self-Serve Business Strategy and Planning, you will help support regional business development and creating strategies to boost self-serve ad growth. You will promote and delivering advertising services within Grab's ecosystem. The role demands working closely with leaders from multiple tasks to foster broad merchant adoption of our advertising solutions.
This is a hybrid role based in Metro Manila, Philippines
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will guide budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring to ensure we meet our targets.
- You will establish and manage performance goals, define Goals, and align them across departments to support business growth.
- You will co-create and execute strategies and special projects designed to enhance our business potential through cross-functional and regional collaboration.
- You will develop and manage demand planning initiatives, working with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Solutions teams to improve customer lifecycle and grow the account base.
- You will foster advertiser growth by developing strategic plans to boost ad loyalty on our platform.
- You will take a long-term view of market positioning and target relevant market segments.
- You will manage regular business reviews and provide executive updates for leadership agreement.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have 4+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, market research, or consulting.
- You have strong analytical aptitude to evaluate data, set goals, and guide business strategies.
- You have a solid understanding and previous experience in digital advertising.
- You have a proven ability to work across different teams and gather competitive insights from various stakeholders.
- You have proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL or Tableau.
- You have effective communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- You have demonstrated project management and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects efficiently.
