We are looking for a Production Manager that will be responsible for product line DETECT (parking sensors ULS and USV).
YOUR CHALLENGES:

managing operationally and functionally the assigned production unit
-
ensuring working standards are being respected on your APU (Autonomous Production Unit) during the operations (safety, work instructions, quality and productivity)
-
leading daily, weekly & monthly meetings, organizing delegation
-
communicating a mindset of continuous improvement & responsibility vs. targets achievement inside your APU
-
managing production in order to achieve customer satisfaction (Quality, Orders on time)
-
responsibility for line performance and profitability (gross margin) of the APU
-
ensuring optimal use of equipment and avoid overtimes
-
assigning & checking corrective actions on recurring problems with APU and plant support
-
leading daily APU QRQC (Safety, Quality, Direct Labor efficiency, Maintenance)
-
managing the internal improvement standard system and cost saving activity
-
contribute to successful launch of the new projects (industrialization, layout etc.)
ABOUT YOU…
-
Engineering degree in a technical area and (OR) related experience
-
ideally leading APU in automotive environment or similar high runner production
-
understanding production’s KPIs, Quality system tools, process knowledge and practice
-
experience in Lean approach and waste elimination (SMED, Kaizen, MUDA etc.)
-
exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage projects assembly in the assigned APU
-
advanced level of English and ability to communicate in Czech/Slovak
-
office tools (Excel, PPT), production/ERP system experience
-
leadership skills, team player, out of box thinking, decision making personality
