Join our global IMS team as an IMS Manager and take on a key role at our Kladno packing site. Serve as the local contact for compliance, ensuring adherence to standards while driving improvement initiatives to keep us ahead in regulatory excellence!

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee and continuously enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS) at the Kladno manufacturing site, ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. Beyond compliance, develop an agile, effective, and customized IMS that drives continuous improvement.

More over, you will:

  • Plan, coordinate and successfully implement internal and external audit plans to maintain certificates and ensure corrective actions are taken
  • Ensure Non-conformities are addressed effectively
  • Report IMS performance metrics to the Global IMS Director and local top management, supporting leadership in IMS-related activities such as management reviews, process evaluations, and document control
  • Develop and deliver IMS-related training programs
  • Roll out and lead IMS-related communities (e.g., IMS Ambassadors)
  • Define, plan, and implement global strategic improvement projects related to IMS

This role is located in our manufacturing site in Kladno and there is no relocation support available for this position.

The IMS department supports our company by working as part of a global team of dedicated IMS Managers, driving improvements across the organization. Positioned within the Global Corporate Quality and EHS department, the IMS team specializes in ISO standards, management systems, continuous improvement, and business process & document management.

Our primary goal is to ensure that relevant standards (such as ISO, FSC, RBP, etc.) and requirements are effectively integrated into the company’s processes and frameworks. Additionally, the department facilitates the efficient handling of non-conformities and the promotion of high-quality standards, contributing to the overall quality and compliance of the organization.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Lead auditor certification (ISO 9001 as minimum, ISO 45001 would be an advantage)
  • Solid understanding and experience with ISO standards and Business Process Management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to engage with external and internal partners across all organizational levels, including senior leadership
  • Proven project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Analytical approach with the ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in preparing and driving management reviews is advantageous
  • Fluency in both English as well as Czech
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with tools like SAP Signavio is a plus
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating empathy, resilience, and adaptability
