Job Description
The role
As an Apprentice for Application Support Analyst, you will be supporting business users across CC offices globally to get better end user experience. You will help to maintain the service level agreements and be always available for monitoring operations tasks.
Your team working skills will be required to amplify the performance in this role. Good communication skills are mandatory. The zeal to continuously learn new technologies, models, techniques and processes will help the incumbent to stand out from the crowd.
How you will influence:
- You would take on-the-job trainings on various Business Processes, Standards & Procedures falling under the scope of Application Support Analyst role
- You will be taking a deeper level of functional knowledge on various portfolio applications
- Take guidance from peers and senior colleagues on complex issues/queries from business and end users to provide timely resolution
- Understand how different departments within the firm operate and learn and implement cross-domain/department
- Communicate the impact and solutions of application/system problems in business language
- Able to articulate thoughts and ideas to colleagues effectively both written and verbally
Key Accountabilities
- Complete all application support operational activities as assigned on time and within Standard Level Agreements
- Help and maintain the supported applications health in different environments
- Help to progress Change Management by deploying the latest application versions in all supported environments
- Third Level troubleshooting support for internal and external (cloud hosted) web applications
- Work closely with other IT teams such as Vendor, Development, Network, Security, Desktop, Exchange and Systems
- Support User Requests via I.T Ticketing Tracking system – ServiceNow, Remedy
- Communicate with key stakeholders on various Incidents & Requests effectively both over emails and through phone
Qualifications
Your experience
- Freshers with bachelor's degree in relevant field
- MBA preferred
- History of excellence in academics and personal achievements
Skills and Activities
- Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical capability
- Flexible and able to respond to changing business requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and successfully manage deadlines
- Deliver agreed services to the required SLAs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
