About the Role
As an Advertising Manager, you are charged with creating and running top-tier advertising campaigns for our clients while supporting the Account Managers on your team to ensure that we are providing an exceptional level of service. You will strive to deliver the best possible results to clients through an unmatched attention to detail while remaining cognizant of client budget objectives and other needs.
You will need to be a highly innovative industry expert capable of creating custom solutions, solving problems that arise, and constantly sharing your expertise with others. By keeping a constant eye on your team members' accounts, you will bring areas of opportunity within underperforming campaigns to light, and fix issues before clients ever see them.
What Your Success Will Look Like
- Create and manage campaigns for more complex client accounts and/or higher value.
- Efficiently manage higher client budgets and increased monthly recurring revenue.
- Act as a source of information and expertise for Account Managers and other team members.
- Share ad campaign successes and insights with Account Managers so they can highlight wins and campaign achievements with the client.
- Proactively analyze campaign data for our clients, allowing us to address any issues as soon as possible.
- Analyze client accounts with the goal of continuously improving and achieving the best possible results.
- Stay up to date on all new industry news and trends as well as your assigned vertical.
- Search engine marketing (SEM)
- Proactively analyze department procedures and provide ideas to improve efficiency.
- Communicate with our clients in such a way that it puts Scorpion above our competitors.
Who You Are And What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience managing ad campaigns.
- Must be able to pass all required Google certification exams.
- Ability to efficiently and independently communicate with clients.
- Unmatched attention to detail in order to identify issues and underperformance within client campaigns.
- Experience with Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Advertising.

Compensation
We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency. As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.
- The base salary range is $75,000 (entry-level) - $82,500 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
