We are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our team as Advanced Propulsion Product Analyst and contribute to the development of world-class EV propulsion and battery solutions.
The Advanced Propulsion Product Analyst is responsible for supporting the current and future RESS Batteries for all GM and Joint Ventures' launches, working very closely with the Advanced Propulsion Product Manager and with the cross functional teams in the PMT (Product Management Team) members, including engineering, purchasing, finance, quality, and supply chain management, with main responsibilities as described below:
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Forecasting, Logistics, Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain and other related areas.
  • Prepare and present reports to cross functional teams
  • Work with inventory management and reverse logistics
  • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable items
  • Occasionally facilitate meetings
  • Support dealer training initiatives on related topics
  • Support core returns and its process
  • Occasional visits to suppliers
  • Data Analysis & Market Insights
  • Gather internal and external customer feedback


Additional Description
Yours Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • A degree (or currently pursuing one) in engineering, finance, business, administration, Information Technology or related area
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, Power BI, etc.)
  • Team player with excellent organization, written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to independently synthesize many variables and propose workable solutions
  • Excellent customer focus
  • Strong interpersonal skills involving ability to work effectively cross-functionally with global business partners to meet mutual goals
  • Identifies and corrects non-routine problems in existing systems and processes through independent judgment
  • Proposes new initiatives and delivers solutions, driving cross team efforts. Recommends opportunities for process improvement to leadership & proactively anticipates needs within own area

What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Project Management experience or certificate (PMP is a plus)
  • Familiarity with battery technologies, propulsion systems, and electric vehicle trends.
  • Experience with dealer network
