Job Summary: Responsible for managing the financial and regulatory affairs of portfolios for captive insurance companies.
Supervisory Responsibilities: none
*Essential Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory filings, preparation of financial statements for each client, database

management and general oversight of all client accounts.

  • Review and update insurance documentation, dealing with client cash and investment portfolios, maintain corporate records.
  • Produce monthly/quarterly accounts, cash management, debtors’ control, invoice production and corporate secretarial issues as required.
  • Produce such reports as may be required by the Company.
  • Make such recommendations to the Company they shall consider appropriate.
  • Provide support as may be necessary in order to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the Company and the affairs of its clients.
  • Maintain for SRS a visible and respected profile in the local community.
  • Consistently respond to clients.
  • Maintain and ensure that all clients’ records are kept accurate and up to date.
  • Provide support to the Account Executives, Directors and Managing Directors on any additional duties they may, from time to time, assign or vest in you.


Required Skill/Abilities:

  • Accounting Degree required.
  • Must have a recognized professional accounting designation, such as CA, FCA, or CPA. 
  • 3–5 years of financial accounting experience required.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment where exceptional attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft office.
