Title: Account Manager Reports to: Director/Account Executive

Job Summary: Responsible for managing the financial and regulatory affairs of portfolios for captive insurance companies.
Supervisory Responsibilities: none
*Essential Responsibilities:
- Regulatory filings, preparation of financial statements for each client, database
management and general oversight of all client accounts.
- Review and update insurance documentation, dealing with client cash and investment portfolios, maintain corporate records.
- Produce monthly/quarterly accounts, cash management, debtors’ control, invoice production and corporate secretarial issues as required.
- Produce such reports as may be required by the Company.
- Make such recommendations to the Company they shall consider appropriate.
- Provide support as may be necessary in order to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the Company and the affairs of its clients.
- Maintain for SRS a visible and respected profile in the local community.
- Consistently respond to clients.
- Maintain and ensure that all clients’ records are kept accurate and up to date.
- Provide support to the Account Executives, Directors and Managing Directors on any additional duties they may, from time to time, assign or vest in you.
Required Skill/Abilities:
- Accounting Degree required.
- Must have a recognized professional accounting designation, such as CA, FCA, or CPA.
- 3–5 years of financial accounting experience required.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment where exceptional attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Experience with Microsoft office.
