Established in 2019, we are currently a growing team of approx. 40, aiming to become the number one choice for B2B travel payments within the UK and EEA (European Economic Area).

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Account Manager with payments and/or travel industry experience to join our team in Lithuania. You would manage existing small to medium-sized customers in the EEA and play a crucial role in establishing Pax2pay as the provider of choice within the EEA market. As part of a dynamic team, you will manage client relationships, drive growth within existing accounts across Europe. Fluency in business English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Core Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the EEA to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling of Pax2pay's products and solutions.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and acquire new clients, increasing Pax2pay's market share in the region.
- Customer Planning: Develop and implement account plans to achieve commercial targets and business objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Market Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing industry insights and best practices in B2B travel payments.
- Representation: Represent Pax2pay at face-to-face meetings, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance client relationships and market presence.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of account activities and sales pipelines in HubSpot CRM and other platforms.
