Job Description:
As a strategic and commercially savvy Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple clients, fostering their growth and propelling Carat’s success. In this dynamic position, you will combine your leadership skills with commercial insight and media knowledge.
Your Responsibilities

Champion Carat’s values as an ambassador, cultivating strong relationships with clients, industry peers, and internal stakeholders;

Spearhead the development and implementation of integrated and modern media solutions, deeply understanding each client's aspirations and aligning them with Carat's capabilities;

Masterfully navigate the media landscape, leveraging your expertise to craft impactful and evidence-based communications strategies that span digital and offline channels.

- Holistic Media Perspective: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all media channels, not just digital. Ability to integrate ATL and digital strategies, ensuring a well-rounded approach to communication planning and execution, with a focus on high-level KPIs such as brand awareness, reach, and long-term impact;
- Leadership by Example: Inspire and motivate a client team with your unwavering passion, dedication, and commitment to excellence. Foster a culture of continuous learning and a growth mindset, where team members feel empowered to contribute their best;
- Digital & Traditional Media Savvy: Stay abreast of the ever-evolving digital landscape while also understanding the enduring impact of traditional media channels. Leverage technology and media synergies to enhance client experiences and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Experience:
- Extensive (preferably agency) experience in a similar position or a commercial role on the client side;
- A track record of effectively building and nurturing client relationships;
- Proven experience in all-media planning and buying, managing clients that utilize both ATL and digital channels;
- Extensive media knowledge as a communications planner/account manager, with expertise in integrating traditional and digital media strategies;
- Experience in advising clients in a digital context and a passion for marketing and media;
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, & public speaking) and the ability to persuade;
- Ambitious, results-oriented, and skilled in planning and organizing;
- Language skills: Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
