Job Description

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact within YOBO.
  2. Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements. 
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our white-label technology solutions to clients, meeting their specific needs and requirements.
  4. Identify opportunities to expand our services and upsell additional products or features to drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
  5. Provide timely and effective resolution of client inquiries, concerns, and issues.
  6. Monitor client performance metrics and provide regular reporting and analysis to clients.
  7. Develop strategies and initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and clients
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  4. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify upselling opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software and analytics tools to track client performance and generate insights.
  7. Industry knowledge and familiarity with retail and F&B sectors is preferred.
  8. Empathy, customer-focused mindset, and dedication to providing exceptional service.
  9. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  10. Proficient in good communication skill in both oral and written in English
  11. 1-2 years experience
  12. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  13. Male & Females max 30 yo
  14. Coming from related industries (notable F&B or online marketplace company)
