Scope of Role

You will report to the Area Manager as Key Account Manager. Your main responsibility will be to address client's sourcing needs using JobStreet.com solutions, while also maintaining long-term business partnerships with corporate accounts.

Job Description

Key Objective of Role

  • Managing and coordinating the field sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Conducting client visits occasionally in the assigned territory to ensure coverage of the client base, while primarily working from the office.
  • Applying data-driven decision-making through assessment, analysis, and action to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring end-to-end sales processes are in place and providing solutions whenever needed by the team.
  • Supervising team performance daily by generating reports to identify gaps and quickly formulating and completing action items for improvement.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments to support sales activities.

Qualifications

Desired Profile

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in managing Sales Teams, with a proven track record of growing high-performing teams in related or unrelated fields.
  • Degree in business, economics, science, or equivalent experience with a CPGA >3.5.
  • Analytical and possess problem-solving ability with critical thinking. Ability to identify gaps, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and provide recommendations.
  • Strong in people management, low ego with excellent interpersonal skills. A good listener and strong communicator in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Keen interest to be hands-on in performing effective solution selling and managing/retaining clients in challenging situations.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on the means, and outstanding integrity.
