YOUR MISSION
As an Account Manager Long Tail, you will be a key role in the Glovo Partners & Brands team. You will be directly responsible to build and maintain good relationships between our partners and our company. You will be directly responsible for impacting all the Long Tail partners to make them grow and improve user experience.
THE JOURNEY
- Developing and maintaining lasting relationships with partners, offering them the necessary support for the growth and development of their business.
- Analyzing portfolio partners metrics to give them a good experience with Glovo and take action in accordance to their performance and specific needs.
- Optimize Glovo visibility in our partners through marketing actions and our marketing kits.
- Understand motives of inactive partners and churn and make plans to improve MoM.
- Define scalable processes, making sure long tail partners are self-sufficient and independent in using our tools.
- Draw and execute plans to make the portfolio grow through promos, marketing activations, menu performance (e.g., selling items, Average Order Value, Conversion Rate, etc.) and selling positioning assets.
- Identify new assets to sell to the Long Tail partners and implement the whole process.
- Review and propose partner communications, ensuring partner engagement and long-term relationships.
- Raise product requests to improve partners UX and scalability. Identify tech features improvements and give proactive feedback to HQ.
- Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers.
- Active collaboration with colleagues from the team and from other departments, sharing experiences and contributing to the creation of a supportive environment that encourages personal and business growth.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
Background
- Preferrable 2+ year of experience in Account Management ideally in Food Retail Industry or fast-paced environment (start-ups, FMCG, retail, telecoms, advertising, or similar.), however, not mandatory, as we are looking for perfect mindset, not experience
- Bachelor in Organizational Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management or Public Relations is a plus.
Client Collaboration
- Preferrable experience of at least 1 year in working with external partners to align on strategic initiatives, foster mutual growth, and ensure seamless collaboration on account-related matters.
Skills
- Problem-solving skills, data-driven with strong commercial and analytical skills
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of Google Suite and/or MS Office, Excel
- Excellent written and spoken Serbian & English skills
