About the Role
In this dynamic position, you will be vital in driving sales for BSI’s system certification services. You will engage with warm leads and existing clients, providing expert advice on critical areas such as Sustainability, Digital Trust, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, and Quality. This role offers the opportunity to work within a global, fast-paced environment, where you'll interact with various industries and companies, from small businesses to large multinational corporations. Location: Hybrid role – Amsterdam
Main Responsibilities:
- Guide potential and current clients through system certification processes in different areas, such as Sustainability, Digital Trust, Aerospace, Automotive, etc., via phone, virtual meetings, and email.
- Make sure customers get the correct info that hits the mark for their needs.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and streamline processes.
- Keep track of sales activities and customer details in Salesforce.
What You Will Bring to The Team:
- Fluency in Dutch with a strong command of English
- A positive, engaged attitude with a natural drive and a can-do mindset.
- Experience in Sales or telesales.
- A purposeful approach, thriving on targets and incentives.
- Exceptional communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, enabling effective sales management, is an added value.
