WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in planning and executing the addressable and digital advertising campaigns of Ampersand's media clients. This individual will work with a designated team to ensure flawless campaign planning and execution as well as provide optimal client service support for assigned Advertisers and Agencies. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests pertaining to their advertising programs. This includes: preparing sales proposals, collecting and presenting research/data information, providing clients with rates, creative deadlines and technical specifications, coordinating measurement/attribution elements and reporting campaign delivery.
HOW YOU'LL BE CONTRIBUTING:

  • Work across functional groups such as MVPDs, Partners, Research, Data, Pricing and Planning to assist in the creation of client proposals, presentations, and media plans
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders on coordinating and streamlining strategic planning initiatives
  • Create media plans that adhere to client expectations and KPIs
  • Verify inventory availability throughout the sales process
  • Communicate campaign specifications and creative lead times to Advertisers/Agencies
  • Ensure that all pertinent information has been received in order to successfully execute a campaign
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure we meet KPIs
  • Provide client-facing metrics and reporting


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 2-3 years advertising related experience
  • Working knowledge of digital and linear media math
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently in an office setting with employees, clients, and customers.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple projects, & work overtime if necessary.
  • Work independently and proactively on projects and follow through to completion.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a self-starter with an aptitude for defining new processes.
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills required.
  • Must possess a passion to drive the business forward.

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Ampersand salary range for this position in the New York City Metro Area. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance
The range listed is just one component of Ampersand's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary annual bonuses and / or overtime, commission, etc., as well as competitive benefits including PTO, medical & dental & vision benefits, 401K with employer match, short & long-term disability, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, pre-tax commuter benefits & flexible spending accounts.
Salary Range Transparency
This role has a NYC Metro Region base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 and discretionary annual bonus.
