WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
As an Account Director of Enterprise Business Development at Ampersand you'll report to the VP, of Enterprise Business Development, sell the value of Ampersand's entire portfolio to clients, collaborate closely with agency and brand leaders, advocate for Ampersand's media and data solutions, and drive new business across accounts.Your sales success will be instrumental in achieving Ampersand's financial goals and expanding its market presence.
HOW YOU'LL BE CONTRIBUTING:

  • Meet and exceed revenue goals through the expansion and development of business at assigned list of clients.
  • Educate and sell new clients on the value of Ampersand's entire media portfolio across media buying teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities and/or new products, and advocate for Ampersand's innovative products based on marketplace trends and client feedback.
  • Drive business outcomes by consistently delivering against strategic goals and prioritize initiatives that enhance the overall client experience.
  • Ensure successful adoption of Ampersand's products across agency-managed accounts and foster relationships with agency influencers and decision-makers.
  • Stay informed about competitors, expansion opportunities, and industry developments.
  • Leverage market insights to advance Ampersand's position.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital or TV media sales, data and research sales
  • Relationships or working knowledge of TV and/or digital media and data measurement industry
  • Ability to travel around 25% of the time
  • Showcase proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant technologies
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Ampersand salary range for this position. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience, performance and geographical location.
The range listed is just one component of Ampersand's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary annual bonuses and / or overtime, commission, etc., as well as competitive benefits including PTO, medical & dental & vision benefits, 401K with employer match, short & long-term disability, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, pre-tax commuter benefits & flexible spending accounts.
Salary Range Transparency
This role has a base salary range of $100,000-$157,000 plus variable compensation. Final base salary will depend on various factors including experience, skill, and geographical location of the selected candidate.
