KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces and civilians deployed around the world under KBR’s Strategic Army Portfolio.  KBR’s enduring mission support of the DoD Armed Forces dates back to 1992 when we served as the Army’s original prime contractor for its Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP). Today, we have a workforce of ~5,000 people representing 30 nationalities who perform work in 10 countries.  Under the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever (ASF) Sanitization (ACAS) contract; KBR will manage and perform the receipt, storage, maintenance, cleaning and sanitation of vehicles and property.

Job Summary

As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you will lead the comprehensive management of TO data reporting, with responsibilities that include overseeing the production of Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and maintaining accurate records within the management portal.

Please note: This position will be located on-site, in multiple countries across the Eastern EU and is contingent upon award.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Advanced programmatic analysis, leveraging data to fulfill ad hoc requests, and synthesizing findings into detailed reports.
  • Takes the lead in managing project tracking, scheduling meetings, and coordinating high-level appointments, while also directing the drafting and editing of essential communications, meeting minutes, and program documents.
  • Additionally, the role oversees the entire employee onboarding process, managing records related to training and certifications and coordinating staff training sessions.
  • As the key liaison for ACAS CSR responses, the Senior professional also serves as the primary point of contact for urgent after-hours requests.
  • This role is integral in ensuring the timely implementation of work control procedures, resource planning, and delivering progress updates to Government stakeholders.
  • In a leadership capacity, the Senior professional prepares labor and project management reports, leads the coordination of kick-off and monthly status meetings, and drives continuous improvements in operational efficiency.
  • Supports development of other deliverables as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

  • Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a NAC-I. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Green Card holder who has lived within the United States for at least the last 3 years to be eligible for this position.
  • Must have a Master’s Degree and at least 10 years of directly related experience. A High School Diploma and an additional 6 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
  • Requires extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Must be highly skilled in producing professional internal and external communications.
  • Service Order / Customer Service experience and use of Maximo system.
  • Must possess a driver’s license with at least six months of validity.
  • Must be a highly organized self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined team environment with the ability to manage competing priorities to achieve goals.
  • Must be familiar with the Operations Desktop Operating Procedures (DOP), including but not limited to: Employee Messages, Incident Reporting Requirements, Crisis Management Action Team, and Situation Report.
  • Must have the ability to switch between multiple tasks regularly.
  • Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.

Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

  • Knowledge and experience of working with and developing Power BI Dashboards.
  • Knowledge and experience working with the Appian system.
  • Familiarity and experience developing Basis of Estimates (BOE’s).
  • Minimum one-year previous Operations Coordinator experience or equivalent Military experience.
