- 졸업조건: 2026년 2월 석사 졸업 예정자
- 전공: 전기전자, 기계, 물리, 광학, 반도체공학, 메카트로닉스, 컴퓨터공학, 제어계측, 화학, 신소재공학
- 평균 성적: 3.5 / 4.5 이상
- 2025년 2개 학기 연속적으로 재학 가능한 자
- 프로그램 활동에 제약 없이 참석 가능한 자
(수여식, 멘토링 프로그램, 논문 발표 등)

- 학기 당 400만원 지원 (최대 두 학기 지원)
- 프로그램 우수 참여자에 한해 ASML Korea 채용 전형의 최종 면접 기회 제공
- 선배와의 만남, 리더쉽 및 멘토링 프로그램, Case Study를 통하여 ASML 업무에 대한 이해와 전공 연계성 확보 가능
