As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the hardware and embedded software elements of the Router portfolio, defining and driving the product vision, managing product priorities, and aligning strategy with roadmaps and product plans.

The Senior Staff Engineer will be responsible for characterising high-speed mixed signal products using automated test solutions and collaborating with different functional teams to deliver projects on schedule. This role requires experience in semiconductor industry and strong knowledge of lab-based test engineering and high-speed signal integrity.

Responsible for test activities in OSAT, program trial/debug, sustaining production line, test program and hardware debug, qualification, communication with engineering teams, and support root cause analysis. Must have knowledge in high speed digital testing and be self-driven.

Quality representative for both internally designed and ODM designed New Product teams to ensure product Quality Volume Readiness. Collaborate with new product teams and internal functional owners to set performance metrics and enhance customer experience. Serve as Customer Quality Manager for Rest of Asia (except Japan) and facilitate communication between customers and internal teams. Drive continuous improvement across Semtech Integrated System product.

Sustain and improve test programs for mature products, lead root cause analysis, manage production issues, support test solution improvement, provide technical support, and drive process improvement. Works with subcontractors to enhance quality and reduce costs.
