Responsibilities:

Understand and test new features in SIM Applet keeping in mind the current architecture (40%)

Perform troubleshooting of SIM Applet issues to assure high levels of stability, reliability and Availability (20%)
-
Build and Manage E2E Labs (Applet, Modules, Semtech as well as 3rd party with Live connectivity as well as Simulation) (10%)
-
Analyze and reproduce issues (internal as well as customer) and work with development to fix these issues (10%)
-
Diagnose end to end Managed Connectivity related issues. (10%)
-
Develop good automation and documentation as needed (10%)
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / MCA or equivalent work experience
-
15+ years of experience in Telecom companies preferred
-
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-
Background in telecom and networking products (MSC, HLR, VLR, PGW, Radius, DEA/STP, VPNs, Routers, Switches etc.)

Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G, nodes.

Strong understanding of Network Architectures.

Strong troubleshooting skills.

Keen analytical and structured approach to problem solving.

Dedication to customer satisfaction.

Excellent documentation skills.

Experience with MVNOs will be a big plus
